We kindly invite you to a lecture that will be held by prof. dr. Woo-seok Konga from the Kyung Hee University in South Korea. Professor Woo-seok Kong's research interests include the biogeography of the Korean Peninsula (both South and North Koreas) as well as NE Asia, especially in connection with the natural history, distribution, diversity and ecology of arctic-alpine and alpine floras as well as conifers, with special references to both palaeo- and recent climate changes.

At the Department of Forestry and Renewable Forest Resources he will give a talk "Pine Tree in a Korean Context and Research Environment of Korea".
