Technical and economic aspects of automation. Analysis of technological and production processes. The basic elements of automation of technological processes. Modeling of manufacturing technology and manufacturing processes of wood and wood composites. Transfer functions and block diagrams. Time response. Basic principles of feedback. The control loop. Dual position and continuously active (L, I, D, PID) controllers. Temperature and relative humidity. Control flow and maintain pressure differentials. The control flow of fluids. Analysis of the stability of the control process. Measurement systems. Executive elements. Electromechanical systems. Pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Automation of machine tools. Automation for positioning of machine aggregates. Automation of machine tending. Automation tools of trade. Programmable automation interpolated moving in multiple axes.
