Development of protein analysis and purification methods (various types of fractionation, analytical and preparative chromatography, SDS-PAGE, WB), characterization of protein interactions, enzyme kinetics, detection and manipulation of DNA (protein engineering, site-specific mutagenesis, molecular cloning), expression of recombinant proteins in bacterial cells and refolding, confocal microscopy.
