APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS
STEP 1: NOMINATION
ERASMUS+: Your home university should first nominate you to the Office of International Relations of the University of Ljubljana. The nominations should be sent to
OTHERS: Your home university should nominate you to the international office of the relevant faculty of the University of Ljubljana.
NOMINATION DEADLINES
- 30 April for the winter semester/full academic year
- 30 October for the summer semester
STEP 2: ONLINE APPLICATION
Once your home university has nominated you for an exchange at the University of Ljubljana and your nomination is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to the online application.
At the end of the online application you should upload the following documents to your application:
- Transcript of Records from your home university,
- (Online) Learning Agreement,
- language certificate (English B2),
- copy of your personal document (ID or passport).
Your application is considered complete and will be processed only after you have completed all steps in the application system, provided all required information, and uploaded all required documents.

STEP 3: ACCEPTANCE LETTER
After we have received your application and the departmental coordinator has approved your course selection, you will be able to download your Acceptance Letter directly from the application portal.
