On Sunday 15 June, the University of Ljubljana Botanical Garden will host the international event A Day of Ecological Belonging, which will introduce this year's Global Heart Summit - a global gathering of leaders, thinkers and visionaries who will discuss the well-being of the individual and the world - in the spirit of nature and connection, from 17-20 June at Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana.

In the peaceful green surroundings of Ljubljana's Botanical Garden, representatives from different countries and students from four universities (Georgetown University, Centro Universitario Facens, University of Hawaii at Mānoa and the University of Ljubljana) will come together to create a space of silence, reflection and preparation for the main summit, which will focus on the key issues of our time: environmental sustainability, global health, human relations and the well-being of the planet.
