You are invited to the international conference "Regional Contextualisation in Architecture", co-organised by the Department of Landscape Architecture and the Faculty of Architecture and the Urban Planning Institute of the Republic of Slovenia.

The conference explores adaptive approaches to architecture, planning and spatial development and addresses challenges such as climate change and social inclusion. The key issue of the conference is how to preserve cultural identity and collective memory (Granada Charter) by understanding and improving spatial and architectural characteristics.

The conference is free of charge and takes place at the Faculty of Architecture.

The conference is part of the research project ARIS (Public Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation of the Republic of Slovenia) and MNVP (Ministry of Natural Resources and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Slovenia) entitled: "Architectural typologies and architectural landscapes and regions of Slovenia 2" (V5-24031). Participation in the conference is free of charge.
