Final workshop of the V4-2211 project on risk management in forests

The Biotechnical Faculty at the University of Ljubljana invites you to the final workshop of the targeted research project V4-2211: Managing risks in forest management due to climate change. The event will take place on 21 November 2025 in lecture room G6 at the Department of Forestry and Renewable Forest Resources (Večna pot 83, Ljubljana).
The project addresses key issues related to the impacts of climate change on Slovenian forests, their vulnerability and how forest management systems can adapt to increasingly frequent extreme weather events. The workshop will bring together researchers, practitioners and other experts to present the latest findings on the vulnerability of forest ecosystems and strategies for their effective management in the future.
