A Cup of Knowledge with Eva Mustafa at UL BF

You are invited to the fourth Cup of Knowledge, which will take place on February 17, 2026,in the dean's meeting room on the first floor of the Biotechnical Faculty, UL, at Jamnikarjeva ulica 101. The event will start at 9:00 a.m. and last until 10:30 a.m.

Our guest will be Eva Mustafa, an alumna of the Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Ljubljana and director of Nonstop Food d.o.o. She will share her entrepreneurial story of how she and a team of students developed an innovation to solve the problem of by-products in the food industry. The innovation, which was presented at the Ecotrophelia Slovenia student competition, also received first prize in the category for solving societal challenges as part of the UL Rector's Award in 2022.
