Purpose
Observation of samples at lower magnifications using brightfield illumination by transmitted light, surface illumination and epifluorescence. In addition to stereoscopic observation, the microscope enables image capture without parallax. Motorized focus in the z-axis, enables extended depth of field imaging and surface reconstruction in 3D.
