Access

The equipment is accessible to external users upon prior agreement and may be operated independently or with the assistance of an operator.

Purpose

This equipment is designed primarily for microfluidics applications. It supports cultivation of microorganisms in microchips within a controlled temperature range (room temperature to 60 °C). Integrated fluorescence and differential interference contrast (DIC) techniques enable real-time monitoring. The system further provides automated specimen navigation and facilitates advanced analyses such as gene expression monitoring, viability assessment, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
