Ceremony for the Presentation of the Jesenko Awards and Honors 2026

On March 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., the Biotechnical Faculty at the University of Ljubljana held a ceremony in the University of Ljubljana Assembly Hall to present the Jesenko Awards and Recognitions, the highest honors for teaching, research, and professional achievements in the field of biotechnology in Slovenia.

The awards, which the faculty has been presenting since 1973, recognize exceptional achievements in science and education, as well as contributions to the development of the economy and society.
