ViroiDoc selected 10 MSCA doctoral fellows


The European doctoral program MSCA DN ViroiDoc, which focuses on researching viroids and their impact on agricultural production, has selected its first ten fellows. Over the next few years, these young researchers will develop new approaches to understanding, diagnosing, and controlling diseases caused by these small RNA pathogens in important crops around the world.

The MSCA DN ViroiDoc program, supported by the EU under Horizon Europe, brings together 22 partners from 11 countries and creates a unique research environment in the fields of molecular biology, epidemiology, diagnostics, and sustainable solutions for agriculture. The common goal is to contribute to the development of strategies that support the European Green Deal and strengthen food security.
