  • Chemical, morphological, physical and mechanical changes in wood during hydrothermal procedure.
  • Effect of temperature and moisture content on the rheological properties of wood: elasticity, plasticity and visco-elasticity of wood.
  • Methods of technological processes for bending, preparing wood for bending, bending procedures, stabilization of the curves, defects.
  • Numerical analysis of hydrothermal processes.
  • Measurement and automation - control and monitoring of hydrodynamic processes.
  • Optimization of hydrothermal processes.
  • Design and planning of hydrothermal processes.

Prerequisites

1. Entry in the corresponding year of the study programme.
