Content (Syllabus outline)

• management and leadership (methods/techniques of leading, leading meetings, emotional intelligence, motivational theories)
• business excellence and innovation process (excellence centers, management of business excellence, European model of business excellence; measurement of effectiveness of the innovation process, creativity)
• contemporary business models and organizational structure (review of business models, innovative business models, tendencies, designing (creation) of business models; contingency theory, types of organizational structures and practical examples)
• business process management and optimization (BPM (process modeling (BPMN notation), optimisation of processes, KPI (Key Performance Indicators - establishment and measurement), SLA (Service Level Agreement of processes))
• business Informatics as a support to the management (business information systems,  data modeling, information architecture and ICT)
