Your digital identity and the associated email address are the official means of communication with the faculty throughout your studies. Therefore, you must always check whether an email inbox has been created when activating your digital identity.

If you can access services such as VIS and the BF Moodle Classroom, but cannot access your email inbox:

1. Repeat the procedure for External link to digital identity activation Open in new window.

2. If your email inbox is still not available after reactivating your UL‑ID, report the issue via the External link to UL ID Portal – Error Reporting Open in new window.
