Determination and differentiation of plant cells. Meristem functioning and importance for plant body. Plant cell fate. Development of plant organs, hormonal regulation and genetic basis. Signaling and signal transduction. Phase changes and regulation of flower induction. Plant dormancy and its ecological significance. The impact of environmental signals on plant growth and development.
