The Call for short-term mobility of doctoral students for the purpose of studies and/or internships under the Erasmus+ Program in the second semester of the academic year 2021/22 is now open. The Erasmus+ program allows the student to complete part of the full-time study obligations at any level of study at a partner institution, rather than at the BF. Partner institutions are the institutions with which BF has signed an inter-institutional agreement for student exchange in a given academic year.

PhD students who will have an active status during the mobility can apply for this open call. PhD students who (still) have an active status at the time of application and plan to complete their studies before the mobility can only apply for the internship mobility (young graduates) and can complete it up to 12 months after receiving their PhD.

APPLICATION:

You can apply for this call until the funds are exhausted, so there is no application deadline. However, the individual application form must be submitted by candidates via VIS BF at least one month before the planned start of the mobility. The application form should be sent to together with the obligatory attachments:

1. letter of motivation in English (up to one page),

2. the completed Learning Agreement:

- In case of short-term mobility of doctoral students for study purposes: Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Studies, or.

- In case of short-term mobility of doctoral students students for the purpose of internship: Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeships.

Candidates may apply for an exchange at a university within their field of research.
